The new hotel under the international brand Best Western Plus is located in the very heart of Lviv — in the historic center of the city at the address: st. Shevska, 4–6. The facade of the hotel building faces directly onto Market Square and the Town Hall.

The hotel has 74 rooms of different categories: "Standard", "Improved", "Apartment", "Suite", "Family".
